Personalized tutoring
Individual tutoring and academic coaching begin at $85 per hour. Services may include NWEA MAP preparation, reading, mathematics, study skills, homework support, test preparation, academic enrichment, and executive-function coaching.
Specialized services
Educational advocacy, IEP and 504 support, private-school admissions consulting, intensive preparation packages, speaking engagements, and organizational consulting may be quoted individually based on scope.
Complimentary consultation
New families may schedule a free 20-minute consultation to discuss goals, ask questions, and determine whether Room209 is the right fit. Google Meet information is included automatically with confirmed appointments.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of service unless another arrangement has been confirmed. Approved options include Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, cash, and check.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible if a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Missed sessions may be made up at a convenient time agreed upon by both parties. Every effort will be made to accommodate make-up sessions; however, scheduling is based on availability.
If Dr. Forehand needs to reschedule, a make-up session will be offered at the earliest mutually convenient time.
Virtual sessions
Online sessions are conducted through Google Meet. Families receive a calendar invitation, Meet link, confirmation, and reminder notifications after booking.
